Suggest Treatment For Lump Near Anal Opening

I discovered a fairly large lump just outside my anal opening. It s clearly outside the anus. One lump is The size of my pinky finger to the end of the finger nail. There is also a much smaller one adjacent to it. This was noticed only earlier this week. The texture is fairly hard. I recently had a physical and all tests came back normal, stool and psa( prostate).

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
i really appreciate your concern
Looking at your history this could be hemorrhoids
which can develop due to chronic constipation or straining at stools
it may develop due to sitting on hard surface for long duration

I see such patients in.my clinic and i advise them for thorough clinical examination including per rectal or proctoscopy

i would advise you to avoid constipation by taking laxatives
high fibrous diet
plenty of fluids and fresh fruits
sitz bath twice daily

i hope this answers your question
thanks for using our services
good luck
