I have a small hard lump, non-moveable on my left arm, I believe the ulna. No trauma in the area just a lot of painting when it was noticed. The first week it was slightly red and swollen, a little warm, that has subsided but the lump is still there. It is a little tender and the size hasn t changed after the heat and such left. Should I visit my provider?
