Suggest Treatment For Lump On Face Of Child Due To A Fall

my 4 year old son was jumping on his bed and fell on the floor hitting his face first after two to three weeks we noticed a lump and black bruise on his face. how do we treat this lump will this eventually go away if not who is the specialist that we should consult. thankyou YYYY@YYYY

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
probably he developed a hematoma due to slow bleeding.
Usually it clears off in due course.
there is every possibility of this being infected,hence antibiotic may be needed to prevent infection.
Consult surgeon if it doesn't subside.
