Suggest Treatment For Lump On Intergluteal Cleft

I have this hard sort of dime shaped lump in my buttcrack that s black and blue and it quite painful. I thought it was an infected sweat gland at first bc I sometimes get those from time to time but it s been there for about 2 weeks and hasn t drained or anything. Should I be worried?
