Welcome to health care magic.

1.The history and features suggest the lesion is possibly fat content - lipoma.
2.I would recommend to get a ultrasound examination done - that will help to evaluate the nature of the lump, its source and extensions and vascularity.
3.FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology will confirm the diagnosis.
4.In case of lipoma - needs monitoring, if increasing in growth excision might be needed.
5.Suggest to see your GP and get referral to general surgeon.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
