Suggest Treatment For Lump On Testicle

i had a tiny little lump on my left testical and was really uncomfortable and achey with sharp twinges going up into my stomache,i was refered for scan and it was all clear,but it was still there just the same months later i went back again had another scan again they said all clear and that they will refer me to urology but i aint had an appointment yet,since all this iseem to have slightly developed a womans chest and all of my lymph glands have been enlarged for a few years now.what could be wrong with me?thankyou

Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have gynaecomastia with lymphnode enlargement. You should go for ultrasound study of breast and fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of lymphnode. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Your testicular lump is nothing to worry. All your svan reports are normal.
