Suggest Treatment For Lump On Toe Caused By Kicking A Wall
I kicked a wall toes up and right below the big toe ...two weeks ago.. Took it easy on it and yesterday noticed there's a small lump on the inside of it ! Only pain is when I twist my foot to the right as it is my left foot ? Thankful for any opinions ..

Hi Thanks for writing your query Based on your description it should not be a serious injury. My advice for you would be if there is no deformity and bruise you may tie the 1st and 2nd toe (strapping), and take ibuprofen.
