Suggest Treatment For Lump On Toe Caused By Kicking A Wall

I kicked a wall toes up and right below the big toe ...two weeks ago.. Took it easy on it and yesterday noticed there's a small lump on the inside of it ! Only pain is when I twist my foot to the right as it is my left foot ? Thankful for any opinions ..

Based on your description it should not be a serious injury. My advice for you would be if there is no deformity and bruise you may tie the 1st and 2nd toe (strapping), and take ibuprofen.
If the problem persists and you want to confirm then x ray is the only answer.
