Suggest Treatment For Lump Under Collar Bone

I have a lump under collar bone, I can feel it when I turn my head. It ache, a throbie ache and the ache goes up my neck under Jew bone up to my ear. Just wondered what you think it might be. I noticed it about six seven months ago but it as slowly got bigger. I d say it s the size of a fifty pence peace

it is possibly a neurofibroma-like benign tumor; however, it could be a lipoma, hemangioma or even some soft tissue tumor
