Suggest Treatment For Lumps Appearing In The Nostrils
For the past month or so, I have red itchy bumpy patches either side of my nostrils. I have used Betnovate to take away the itchiness but not sure this should be used on my face. Is there something else I should use and is there an explanation as to what it is and how its caused?
