Suggest Treatment For Lumps Below The Eye

hey i have started to grow a rough area thats reddish in some places and has bumps, this is all on skin directly bellow the eye closer to the nose. it extends from where the eye and nose meet and expands towards were the middle of the eye with a height of 1cm

Hi,

It may be acne vulgaris. Kindly consult the dermatologist.

I would suggest...

- a long course of antibiotic..like minocycline 50 mg daily
- isotretnoin 5 mg daily
- application of clindamycine gel on the lesions at night
- cleanse the face with facewash... like acmed facewash
- avoid oily food
- if you have dandruff, shampoo containing ketoconazole may be used
- avoid stress and tension
