Hi, I understand your concern. I guess from your symptoms that you are suffering from Trichomonial infection. It seems to be severe. It is a sexually transmitted disease,& both partners need to be treated simultaneously. They have to avoid sex till the condition is cured. Being a fungal infection , it needs utmost care/ regular treatment/ personal hygiene to be observed by both of partners. Both oral & local metranidazole are given to both partners along along with B complex supplements. BUt-- You being in early pregnancy, oral Metranidazole will not be advised to you. You will be asked to manage with local ointment/vaginal pessaries. I would advise you to consult a gynecologist, after local examination it will be easier to judge the line of treatment for you. Take care. Thanks.
