Suggest Treatment For Lumps With Puss In Them Near Vagina

I am 17, about 4 feet and weigh about 130. I had an infection before and not sure that the doctor i went to treated me for the right one.I have puss bumps on the outside off my vagina and i've been having them for a while now they go on come but one hasnt left from it came.,itching and my urine seems to look like a little bit of white substance is in it? I'm not sure of what i have or if i have anything? Can you help me?
