Pediatrician 's  Response
As per your details, the baby seems to be suffering from respiratory distress most probably due to Pneumonia. This is an infection of the lungs which needs hospital stay and antibiotics for 2 weeks. With proper treatment, the baby will slowly breathe normally independent of oxygen support.
