A 12 year old boy with mild hepatomegaly and ultrasound suggestive of mesentric lymph node enlargement. X ray abdomen shows radio opaque spots near scrotal area. There is weight loss. Mild on and off fever. He has calcium oxolate in his urine. PlZ suggest how to proceed..
