Suggest Treatment For Lymph Node Enlargement And Calcium Oxalate In Urine

A 12 year old boy with mild hepatomegaly and ultrasound suggestive of mesentric lymph node enlargement. X ray abdomen shows radio opaque spots near scrotal area. There is weight loss. Mild on and off fever. He has calcium oxolate in his urine. PlZ suggest how to proceed..

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He has enlarged lymphnode and liver. He should go for blood examination and if possible lymphnode biopsy. He may have lymphoma or other disease. Calcium oxalate crystal is normal finding. No need to worry about that. Consult your doctor and take treatment according to diagnosis.
