Hi,

You might be suffering from jessner lymphocytic infiltration, intralesional injection of triamcinolone is considered as a treatment of choice in these cases. In common cases triamcinolone is used at a concentration of 20 MG per ml but in cases where Lymphocytes has been very deeply present then a concentration of 40 MG per ml can also be used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Atishay Bukharia
