Suggest Treatment For Macular Scar In Eyes

Hi I have a Macular scar on my left eyes since I was 18. It is caused by a explosion. I affected my vision and at the same time I see small moving object in front of my both eyes. More in my left eyes. I was wondering to get some help.

macular burn generaly occurs by looking at eclipse innaked eye, looking at welding light in unprotected, so the spark nof explosion may have done it. it will effect acuity of vision to some extent. notreatment is posible for the damage.
