Hi,
You were treated for malabsorbtion syndrome by some antibiotic capsules twice ,you got pregnant ,the malabsorbtion symptom remains & you are scared about safety of your baby.
I understand your concern.
* You have not mentioned about the medicines you have consumed. They may or may not affect fetus. I can advise you to visit your gynecologist with all of your previous reports- that will be best option for taking care of your baby at the moment.
* You are correct in thinking that your health should have been good while conception. Please don't be tense. A good life style, along with nourishious diet should put you to normal.
I must inform you about need of investigations to know the condition of your digestion/infection. Your doctor will get it done & advise for specific medicines , that are permissible in pregnancy.
Apart from medicines given by doctor, personally you can-
- Have multiple small servings ( 3 Hourly) instead of two full meals.Avoid spicy/hardd to digest food.
- do mild exercises to have good appetite & digestion
- Vajrasana helps digestion.
- Digestive enzyme preparations help.
Thanks.
