Suggest Treatment For Medicine Induced Constipation

I had constipation problems given my antidepressant meds. I experienced an episode where i felt a rise in my body temperature, heart flutters that start in the lower abdomen traveled up to my head. It continued off and on for a couple of hours. It s the 2rd time I experienced this uncomfortable episode. What can this be?

You have problem of constipation that may be because of drug side effect...
Mentione which drug you are taking right now..
For constipation problem you can use bulk forming agent like psyllium..
Drink more water.
Fruits like kiwi and peach helpful in digestion.
Avoid gaseous foods and fatty foods and junk foods..
Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
