Hi my chacha is suffering from meningites and brain tb and now he is in apollo hospital ranchi. sometimes he is not able to identify his wife and relatives and sometimes he is able to.doctors have put oxygen pump and urine bag.so what we should now shall we come to vellore or not.Please help
