Metallic taste in mouth can be due to dry mouth as in dry mouth there is more of bacterial and fungal proliferation and more acid produced in mouth can alter the taste.. Other thing is that due to dryness the tongue papillae that contains taste buds does not function accordingly as saliva is required for their proper functioning and in absence of saliva they may get atrophied as well as there is altered taste.. The Klor Con 10 tablet contains Potassium Chloride which is metallic halide and it has a metallic and salty taste when dissolved in water therefore it can also be a cause of metallic taste in mouth, so alteration in dosage and maintaining a better saliva quantity in mouth can provide some relief..
