Suggest Treatment For Migraine Headaches

I have been suffering from frequent migraines for the past 18 years. I'd take Dolo 650 or Suminat whenever I suffer with migraine. Recently my dermatologist discovered that I'm allergic to direct sunlight because of skin rashes upon exposure to sun. My PNS x-rays are normal. Now I'm applying sunscreens with SPF 50 and skin problems are sorted but I'm still suffering from head aches. Is there a permanent treatment for my head ache?
