Hi I understand your concern. Usually migraine start in pubertal age and increase in frequency/severity in middle age. It will gradually decrease in severity after menopause. So you are already had menopause still if you have problem then need to differentiate it from post menopausal syndrome. medicines like antidepressant like amitryptiline along with flunarizine is the choose for migraine.
