Suggest Treatment For Migraine

I am on Triphasil BC, also taking generic Topomax for migraines. Messed up bc pills during white pills over course of 2 -3 days. Started spotting and cramping, tried taking 2 pills when i remembered, then one the next day but didn't stop so just stopped pills. Got period on Friday, was full blown F, S, S. Have not started new pill pack yet. Monday period ended. Monday evening got horrible headache - worst in long while, had to take ibupropen at midnight. Today, tuesday had brown discharge and cramps like I do when ovulating. Is this still period or is it something else like possible pregnancy?
