Suggest Treatment For Migraines?

Hi. I ve been having headaches this whole month. I think they re migraines, I m not sure what it is. Every time I get up I get dizzy and my vision goes white sometimes. Sometimes I feel like falling while getting up as well. I wasn t sure if I should go to my doctor because i didn t thought it was serious, but as I had the feeling I kept telling myself to go but always end up not.

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
It seems from the history that you are having headache associated with dizziness.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Headache associated with dizziness are seen in primary headaches like migraine.
2. If you have symptoms of nausea, vomiting.... it confirms the diagnosis.
3. The treatment is by the use of anti-migraine drugs in the acute epiosde and by the use of prophylactic drugs like Flunariizne.
Hence you need to consult your doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
