My dad is a 84 year old who has mild valvular stenosis, mild aortic regurgitation, an ascending aorta is moderately dilated 4.1 cm, the left atrium is moderately dilated. My dad has high blood pressure and right now in a reb. Center because of poor balance . He fell about 9 times in the last month.
Mild valvular problems, usually do not need any treatment. He needs periodic evaluation of his aortic aneurysm for any increase in size.Needs good control of hypertension . I suggest for him to have periodic followup with his cardiologist or primary MD.
