Suggest Treatment For Mild Prostatomegaly

Dear Doctor,



Iam 45 yrs old & i have been diagonised with mild prostatomegaly (29 gms). My doctor has advised me to wait & watch. Currently iam having dribbling after urination. Should I wait, or start with a medication Is there a 100% treament thru medication.

* Seeming size of prostate is not likely to cause dribbling after urination
* You require further work up in form of Urine culture, uroflowmetry +/-
Diagnostic cystoscopy to find out the etiology & manage accordingly .
