Suggest Treatment For Mild Pulmonary Silent Aspiration

My report says I have mild pulmonary silent aspiration. I actually saw a small amount of barium leak into my right upper lobe. I am a 70 year old otherwise very healthy adult female...no meds etc snd very active. About every 2 years I get a bad upper respiratory infection where the cough takes a couple months to go away. Docs are looking for reasons. I am scheduled for other barium tests and an endoscopy. However until then do I have to monitor what I drink, when I eat and his high my head is on my bed? All 8 breathing tests came out well and I have no autoimmune diseases. I want to get to bottom of this but how much do I have to worry now about more aspiration? Thank you !

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have read your query thoroughly. As per my surgical experience, this condition is due to previous inflammatory induced lung tissue damage. I recommend to consult with all reports as an attachment in follow up conversation.
