Suggest Treatment For Missing Period Inspite Of Negative Urine And Beta HSG Test

I was expecting my periods on 23rd feb but I hv still not got my periods. I did urine test on 25th feb n it was -ve. Also after visiting doctor on 1st march I took beta hsg test which was -ve too so doc suggested me to regestrone 5mg for 7 days 3 times. I completed my course on 9th march but still I have not received my periods. I m very worried. Pls help.
