Suggest Treatment For Mistaken Double Dosage Of Lisinopril And Zoloft
I took my Lisinopril and Zoloft at 7am today and then took it again about 30 minutes ago at 3 pm, by accident. My pressure normally is about 136/70. I just checked it and it is 118/66. Should I worry about this one occasion and will I be oK? I am a 72 yr old female in generally good health. thank you.
Hello Welcome here. Blood pressure of 118/66 is not much worrisome. Antihypertensives do not cause hypotension. They just bring back raised blood pressure to normal. Zoloft can cause hypotension but its also a safe drug. I think you will be fine and you dont have to worry about much. Just take plenty of fluids if you feel dizzy.
Hope this helps. Thanks.
