hi, welcome to HCM, brnt small dots you are saying is actually Freckles. Freckles are usually are flat small tan or light-brown spots on sun-exposed skin. Freckles are due to an increase in the amount of dark pigment called melanin. Lasers are used to burn the blood vessels just underneath the freckles, reducing their appearance or removing them entirely. use sunscreen with SPF 30 or more every two hourly to prevent further recurrence or spread. hope this will be helpful. thanks
