im 21 years old i weigh 117lbs and im 5 2 . i was wondering if there was a permanent fix for motion sickness. if i ride with someone in a car i feel so sick and get really dizzy and i don t have to go far. it doesn t matter if i m in the passenger seat or in the back. i don t always want to drive but its the only time i don t feel sick. i would love to spin with my 6 year old nephew but if i spin around like two or three times i feel like I m about to throw up and i would love to ride roller coasters with out worrying about getting sick or taking pills. is there something i can do so i don t feel dizzy so quickly? i also have panic attacks when i worry about something. which is bad because when i feel sick i worry about throwing up then i have a panic attack.
Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is necessary to start doing short drives and increasing in length, helping this way your body to get accustomed. I would also recommend trying to focus on your anxiety. In this regard, Yoga and meditation would be helpful!
