Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My daughter is five and half months old and she vomits always from the birth sometimes pass motion with mucous. Once in a week pass loose motion, some times it is watery. We feed only LACTOGEN 1 and Cerelac, no mother feeding since she is not taking. What is the problem and how to resolve? Baby is active. Kindly suggest.
If there is no fever, the stools are not blood stained and there is no pain on passing stools, this can be taken as normal and nothing to be worried. Occasional vomiting also is common in infancy(physiological regurgitation)- burping after feeds can help a bit.
Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.
