Suggest Treatment For Multiple Bumps On The Penile Shaft

i have a very mild case of ppp and also have a lot of small lumps on the underneath and side of the shaft of my pimples (assuming them to be sebaceous cysts)
Im not worried about any diseases as ive had them for ages now and have never been in pain or discumfort. The only issue is self confidence as i find them to be very unattractive. Im recently 17 and wish to get sexually active though i have avoided any chance to do anything yet because of this situation.
How can i get these removed without going to a doctor or if the only way is to go to a doctor then how do i go about in doing so/ will it be expensive?
