Suggest Treatment For Multiple Sclerosis

I read your question and understand your concern.
The crash you have had may cause the so called crash syndrome , characterized by severe muscular traumas.
I would recommend to consult with your GP and have a good physical examination, a full blood work, a CPK plasma level for crush syndrome. If everything is ok you will need just some days of bed rest.
