Suggest Treatment For Multiseptate Large Ovarian Cyst
My wife is diagnosed with multiseptate large ovarian cyst 8×10 cm in her right ovary and small 5×3cm ovarian cyst in her left ovary. What should be the line of treatment to resolve the cyst. What all non surgical and medical management can be done? She has been advised to take dronis 30 tablet by her gynaecologist. Is this treatment correct for this problem?

Understand your concern
You have cyst in the both ovary. Cyst in the right ovary is large than then the left. Treatment will depend om the size, symptoms, menopausal status and fertility problem.
First medical treatment should be tried in which dronis 30 can be given for 3-4 months to resolves the cyst. Or Oral contraceptive pill can be used.
You have to do USG again after the finishing of the treatment.
If cyst will not resolves then you have to go for surgical excision by laparoscopic surgery as you have quite large cyst around the 10 cm.
As you cyst is around 10 cm in right ovary, it has high chance of rupture and torsion. So I think it should be removed by surgery as early as possible.
