Suggest Treatment For Muscle Aches And Sore Throat
I am 66 years old. I am fatigue, have muscle aches and a sore throat. I sleep often. I have already taken steroids and had a cortisone shot in my shoulder. I have been tested for RA and Lupus. What could possibly be wrong with me? I am very energetic and live life to the fullest, but this has taken a toll on me.

Please provide a detailed information.
If the problem of sore-throat and muscle aches and fatigue is of a recent origin , this may be due to a flu or so or due to infective Pharyngitis.
get an appropriate antibiotic treatment along with an anti-inflammatory Medicine.
Go for an ENT check-up again for an ENT Endoscopy examination.
The further treatment will depend upon the findings.
