Suggest Treatment For Muscle Cramps

I walk about 9-14 miles a day for work carrying a decent amount of weight about half Of said distance. I have periods of muscle locks which are period and painful. I haven t visited my PCP doctor recently and haven t had a lot of time to do so. I need to be able to complete my duties with less onset pain. Im only 20 and do not want to bring this up with my trusted doctor. What is the best course of action for me to recieve relief when needed?

Hello,

It can be due to dehydration and loss of fluids in your case. There can be nutrient deficiency as well as you are young and demands of body are high.

I suggest you: Take plenty of liquids and lemon drinks with salt. Dont do work that is beyond your capacity. Take carbohydrate rich meal before going for work.

Take fresh fruits. For pain relief and cramps take Talmin D tab sos. I dont know precisely your gender which can help more to fix your problem if you can tell and other medical history.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
