Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain And Joint Pain

please can you help me. i have these systoms .. i was on steroids for a long while because of graves.. i have since come off them and now find.. this.. really bad muscle pain, joint pains and the lake of energy is well bad.. i have pain in my feet which i find it difficult to stand.. i hands have becaome painfull and i find it hard to hold things... the pain in my muscles are almost like mild cramps.. what is it and what should i do. i am 48 years old yet i feel 88.. please help me
