Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain From The Shoulders To Head

Boxing day woke up with bad crick in back side of neck. Got worse as day went on, used hot pack but pain just got worse.took I-profen. Have had pain ever since, taking I-profen, day starts with bit of pain and gets worse as day goes on. Muscle pain from shoulder up behind ear to top of hed. Have had breast cancer 5 yrs ago, paranoid it might be back as brain cancer. also have diabetus. am66 yrs old.what do I do?

After going through your query I came to know that you may be having cervical spondylitis as you felt crik in neck. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be taken for pain relief. Diacerine and glucosamine are useful in repair to some extent degenerative changes in cervical spine. You are worried about brain cancer. You can get CT scan head to rule out it.
