Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
I think the problem is in spine..get the x ray of lower spine done to see the prolapse disc compressing the nerve root supplying the muscles of leg which causes pain.
For it you need to take mild analgesic with short wave diathermy back extension exercise and avoid forward bending and weight lifting. Along with this lumbar traction should be taken.
If pain does not subside get an mri spine done.
Plz consult your orthopaedic surgeon.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
