Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain

I shot meth two days ago. In my left arm. I had a small miss in that arm earlier that day. I shot below the miss i didnt think it was noted up to bad though. So i hit below the miss. 2o minutes later half my arm started numb.it feals numb to the touch but omg it hurts deep. It starts at mt elbow and Is now my the muscle that runs down the inside of my for arm. Getting worse. The air is now hurting it. I cant feel my arm persay but i feel every little m movement of air over it. I almost think my arm is dieng. Idk

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
