Hi,
Welcome to healhcaremagic.
After going through your query I concluded that you got muscle spasms and muscles cramps. It is due to your spinal issyes, but I think vitamin deficiencies are also contributing to it. For pain relief analgesic such as ibuprofen is helpful. For muscular spasms thiocholchoside can be taken. EvionLC and Mecobalamine will be useful in muscle cramps, vitamins deficiencies and neurological pains. You can discuss it with your Doctor about it.
I hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
