Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion, Phlegm Along With Blocked And Stuffy Ears
i am a 75 year old female who has been dealing with nasal congestion, phlegm, blocked stuffy ears, bloodshot eyes. etc. I take blood pressure medication. looking for something over the counter that would not cause drowsiness but would relieve me of these annoying symptoms

Your symptoms are suggestive of viral pharyngitis or Rhinitis like upper respiratory tract infection.
You can take 2 tablets for that include vitamin C lozenges and levocetirizine. Vitamin C is antioxidant drug and levocetirizine will relieve congestion.
Both of these medications will not cause significant drowsiness.
