Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion
I have blocked stuffy nose with colourless nasal discharge since one week. I can t sleep in nights because of blocked nose. Further to this I m sneezing all day long. And this blocked nose and sneezing don t stop. I m inhaling steam twice a day and drinking a lot of hot things like soup etc but it doesn t stop everyday it worsens I m very much frustrated please help me

Take an anti cold medication like tab rinostat at least twice a day bad start on a nasal spray Bude nase aq 2 puffs twice a day both nostrils and continue with rest. It is very likely an ongoing viral or weather change allergic issue
