Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Fever After Surgical Incision

I have open wound from surgical incision that came orb after developing a seroma. It open 7/18 just 11 days adder surgery. This past week I ve been very nauseated and spiked a fever for a couple days. There s no pus but definitely metallic smell. Also increased drainage. Any thoughts on cause of these changes.

Hi

You seem to have developed a localised infection at the site of surgery .
keep the affected area clean and dry . Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the affected area twice daily . You might a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion tends to persist or increase.
