Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Heartburn
Hello I’ve been experiencing nausea while in the process of eating a meal sometimes it leads to vomiting, and for the last 3 days I’ve had heartburn like crazy tums and my omeperozal will not even help while having some discomfort in the upper right quadrant of my abdomen

It could be gastritis only.
As first line management you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief. Antiemetic like domperidone may be added.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy.
