Hi, I woke up this morning feeling nauseous...It is now 4:36 and I still feel slightly nauseous and have no appetite. Yesterday was a fast day and at supper time I ate bagels lox and cream cheese. Some grapes, a bag of chip and some ice cream. I was ok last night, but this morning I feel tired and nauseous. I tried ginger tea with apple cider vinegar, but it just stopped me from throwing up. I still feel nauseous.
Hello I share your concern Looking at your description this seems to be related to stomach hyperacidity or gastritis
During fasting and followed by high calories and salted diet can lead to increase acid production in the stomach, which might be a responsible factor for your symptoms
In my opinion you should take ranitidine with antacids tablets to reduce acidity . You can take lemon water and fruits and vegetables diet. Avoid spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks Say no to smoking and alcohol Hope this helps yob Thanks for question Please feel free to ask for follow up question, I will be happy to help you .
