My wife tried to fast on Sunday, she only missed breakfast and lunch. By 1400 she was weak, nauseous and felt horrible. She felt like she would faint. This is not a new thing for her. I took her blood sugar an hour after she ate crackers , and it was 97. She was always very sick with pregnancy and has the same symptoms when she tries to fast. sometimes she does faint and vomits. She always has to eat something as soon as she wakes up or she feels weak. I know breakfast is important, but she seems to be very sensitive and I m not sure what may be off to cause such and sensitivity. She finally started to feel better around 2030 when she got Gatorade in her. Her fasting glucose was 97 the next morning.
