Suggest Treatment For Nausea Despite A Normal Blood Test Report

My 17 year old daughter has gotten two long lasting ( over a week long) stomach flus this year. Once she starts vomiting, she doesn t seem to be able to stop. Her lab results all came back as normal, yet she is losing weight and still feels nauseous. She is not pregnant. She does not have an eating disorder. What about cyclical vomiting or some sort of allergy? Sugar definitely makes her feel worse
