i am a 67 year old female and healthy. The last 3 days i have not felt normal. I woke up 2 days ago very dizzy
and nauseous. I was not steady walking for a few hours and threw up. I rested all day and felt better.
Today I have diarrhea and am not sure if it is related.

Yes, it could well be related. Its gastro-enteritis. Be sure you do not get dehydrated. Take enough fluids. Oral re-hydration salts made at home such has little sugar, salt and little baking powder mixed in a glass of water with lemon juice works excellently in such conditions.

Anti diarrhoeal, anti-emetic medicine should be given if it is frequent. If not severe, coconut water and Bael (Aegle marmelos) pulp powder (which is a medicinal fruit) may be given along with cardamom seeds to chew. Its anti diarrhoeal and anti emetic collectively.

Hope it helps.
